Ezraese

Here is your language lesson for the day in Ezranese:

Goolaga: motorcycle or bicycle

Shu Shu Shee: Brush your teeth

Galaga: Bottle

Me: Please

Ys Me: Yes, Please

Galage: Garbage-- he LOVES to put things in the garbage. Today I found his bowl in the garbage.

Mo mo mo: Marshmallow-- which he gets as a treat for closing the dishwasher rather than pull everything out of the dishwasher

Ma ma man: Spiderman

Shoeshon: Get your shoes on

Me na Ne na Ma ne ma me Help Me Help the yay (in a very sing-song vioce): Lead me, Guide me, Walk beside me, Help me Find the Way. (I am a Child of God)

Football: Dylan

Me mup Me mup: Clean Up Clean Up-- Something he is VERY good at doing. In fact, he and Jarom made a mess of some paper at the doctors office today. I told them to clean up and the both immediately started cleaning. The doctor said that he had NEVER seen a one year old clean up as well as Ezra. (By the way, we are taking Ezra off wheat, milk, and sugar for a while including fruits high in sugar-- bananas, dried fruits. . It does not leave much that I can feed my poor baby.)

That's cute. It's good that the parents know what they're saying, because sometimes it sounds nothing like what it's supposed to! Good luck with the food thing.

'Galaga' is garbage and bottle? How do you distinguish?

Kristen.....there was an a on the end of one, and an e on the end of the other! Only a mother's ear could hear the difference!
Merilee, Ezra reminds me of James. He was a funny talker, too.

Yes, there is a subtle difference between garbage and bottle. A lot of it is context clues.

I forgot to put in "I sersty": "I'm Thirsty" and "a boop": "a book". There are a host of others, but these are the most common. There are things that he can say really well-- mommy, daddy, Cloie, puppy, up, all done, Jenna, good girl (to the puppy), help me, and of course NO!

How cute! Joshua didn't do much of that, just with a few words. Fun to have such a little boy tell you so much!

Cadence said "kia" for please for a year or more. I was actually sad when he finally said "peas" instead.
And Brennan just made up a word that may end up in the dictionary someday because he has Cade saying it to. At our house "sofis" means big. Sounds so much better than just plain big doesn't it.

Ezraese is so cute :)
