Blessings Abound

Lance got the official word from his boss that Denver, CO and Salt Lake City, UT will be included in his sale's area for Liberty Reverse Mortgage. His travel schedule will be about the same as it is now: 3 days away, 4 days home. Looking on the bright side, I am hoping for some frequent flyer miles we can use to go to Hawaii in the next few years!!! This is such a great opportunity for Lance and this shows the confidence that his boss has in him. He is the only one of the AEs in the company that has gone after large accounts and been successful. He is still in the process of building his business, but we see great things in the future and opportunity abounding. My business is doing great as well. I have been given several listings from my principle broker that are actually getting offers!! I am off to a slow start on my First Time Home Buyer seminar program, but not for lack of effort on my part. The broker I partnered with changed companies and has been busy and in training for the past month. I may need to find a new broker partner. The kids are all doing great! Summer and Jarom are both in swimming lessons right now. Summer is a level 5 swimmer and doing great. Jarom finally put his head all the way under the water last practice all by himself. Dlyan and Ezra just like to play. We are glad that we have the Wii for these rainy days in Portland. I like boxing in the mornings for exercise on the Wii. Its fun and a good workout. Ever have one of those moments like everything is going wonderfully?
