Happy Birthday to Ezra!!

What could be better when you are turning one but to have a chocolate cake with chocolate frosting?
Ezra liked it the minute he saw it! He learned the word "hot" just days before his birthday. We practiced blowing out fire, but he was more interested in frosting when it came to his cake.

Just what mom wanted: a "gross face" for his 1st birthday!!

Jarom and Kimberlee sharing a seat and enjoying their cake.

Present time!! Jarom received a fun Winnie the Poo book, a piggy bank, and a push cart and an assortment of cards with money in them. He loved to fling the cards around.

Here is Ezra's new cart. Notice that he is the only one with his hands NOT on the cart!

Going for a walk all by himself. He can do it pretty well as long as it is in a straight line. If he gets stuck, he usually falls over because he has not learned to step backwards. I have a feeling that Ezra and his cart will become good pals!
Thanks to the Kneeland family and Christensen family for joining ours to celebrate Ezra's birthday!

It is so cute to see Ezra walk with his cart! I think he'll get strong legs and good balance soon. Love the mess face!!
