10K

Lance, Dylan and I are running a 10K in April.

Day 1 Training:
Run 1 Minute, Walk 2 Minutes (x 10)

Success!!

Day 2: Same schedule. Ran harder, Less sore today!

Cool! If my knees were better, I would train too. What I don't like about my body right now (besides the fact that it is too fat), is that when I work hard (like at Annies house on Thursday, or Skiing yesterday), then not only am I TIRED, but I am in a ton of pain (especially my hands).....so then I can't sleep......It's a vicious cycle!
